You have the right to access your personal data and request its portability. If your data are inaccurate, you have the right to request rectification. You may also request the erasure of your data or the restriction of their processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you believe your data are being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

We process the personal data you provide in the form above, including first name, last name, place of employment, e‑mail address, phone number, social media profiles (such as LinkedIn), area of specialisation, and the data contained in your portfolio and CV, such as photograph, professional experience, place of birth, date of birth, place of residence and education.

The data controller is RUMOR Karolina Barciszewska, e‑mail: talents@rumor.com.pl. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data will be stored for one month from the end of the recruitment process.

If you check the box, your personal data will also be processed for the purposes of future recruitment processes. In that case processing will be based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) until you withdraw it.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide them will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process. You have the right to access your data, request rectification, request erasure, request restriction of processing, withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal), request data portability, and object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Your personal data will be shared only with our subcontractors, such as IT service providers and accounting services and legal services.

As part of the candidate search and matching process, we may use artificial intelligence tools to analyse the application documents, portfolio, and information regarding your professional experience and skills that you submit. This analysis may include profiling consisting of the preliminary categorisation of candidates and the identification of individuals matching specific recruitment criteria. We do not make decisions concerning you based solely on automated processing, and every decision regarding the recommendation of a candidate or participation in the recruitment process is made by the person responsible for the recruitment process.
